Governance is key to high performing organisations, however it is rarely supported. Our governance support makes the best use of governor time, and provides them with the insight that they need to make an impact. We use our award-winning products, training and bespoke support to help them to be more effective in their role. Most of our training and development for Governors is bespoke and delivered to Boards directly, however we do offer a small number of training courses for wider participation.

SGOV01: School Governance - Being S.T.R.A.T.E.G.I.C
A two-hour course helping governors and headteachers to use our S.T.R.A.T.E.G.I.C framework to ensure that governance and governors remain strategic. Participants will learn what being strategic means and how to steer clear of operational matters.
SGOV03: School Governance - improving working with pupils, parents and staff
This insightful session explores strategices for how governors can work more effectively with pupils, parents and staff. Governors receive lots of information from senior leaders in school, but how can hearing the voices of pupils, parents and staff help governors to be more effective?
