Using our unique ‘appreciative’ Coaching approach, we work with senior-level officers, managers, non-executives, and governors to stimulate creative thinking, define leadership goals, and unleash untapped potential.

 

With a professional background in public services, schools, charities, and business, Su Turner, our Director brings extensive experience of working with leaders in many sectors and uses this to hone client skills.

 

We believe in confidentiality and honesty, and this coupled with our objective impartiality, helps us to build trust and confidence with our clients, and in helping them to self-generated creativity and actions to improve their leadership.

 

As a qualified executive coach and mentor, Su, who is our main coach, is committed to being well trained, well-read, and up to date – through continual professional development.

 

We also have access to a wider network of coaches, so that we can find the right skill-set for you.
