What Others Say...

"Su was recommended to work with us following an Ofsted inspection which resulted in us being in Requires Improvement.  Su coached me individually, and also led group workshops reviewing our governing board in depth; assisting with creating and working through our action plan.  At the next Ofsted inspection, the outcome was Good … and the work that Su had done with us was noted in the inspection report, demonstrating the impact of Su’s work"

Coaching Client, 2018

"Su has high ambitions and aspiration for clients, with the skill to negotiate, frame, paraphrase, and coach. I have since commissioned Su to work with a school that I have been allocated in my role as an NLE.  This has attracted DfE funding, where assessors have agreed that Su is the right system leader to support the school improvement journey.

Su is an absolute professional…She believes in people, she believes in the power of high-quality one to one work, including coaching, and does not shy away from challenging conversations."
