Our founder, Su Turner, has over 25 years’ experience in strategic, policy, governance and partnership roles in the public sector, with a proven track record of developing and delivering national and local programmes to improve outcomes for local people. She is an experienced governor and non-executive, and is currently Chair of a primary school and secondary academy, a National Leader of Governance for the National College of Teaching and Leadership, and a Non-Executive for a large GP Federation in the North West.
